Thanks to over 25 years’ experience, our talented team of adults with learning disability and autism can assemble or package any type of product, including greeting cards, gift sets and print work. For packaging with multiple components, we can fulfil items in an assortment of trays, bags or boxes, ready for distribution or point of sale.
Assembling a premium gift pack, handling a delicate product or packing fiddly items are all part of Orchardville Works’ hand packing service. But it’s not just about putting together snacking packs or hand tying confectionery bags; hand assembly can also be used to complement a product where machine work has been used before or after, such as adding additional bottles to an existing cosmetic kit. We also offer full reworking, quality checking and labelling services.
